✅About the Role

HireVore is expanding its international recruitment network and looking for experienced, motivated, and independent freelance recruiters based in Pakistan. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing job seekers who are interested in legal overseas employment opportunities (primarily across Europe and Asia).

This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals or small agencies with recruitment or HR backgrounds.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote current job openings abroad through local networks, referrals, social media, and online job platforms.
• Source and screen qualified candidates for available positions (e.g., factory workers, warehouse, agriculture, hospitality, etc.).
• Guide applicants through the registration and documentation process.
• Coordinate with HireVore’s backend and visa processing team to track application status.
• Ensure candidate information is complete, accurate, and submitted with referral numbers.
• Explain job offers, salary, work permits, and timelines clearly to applicants.
• Maintain regular communication and reporting with HireVore admin staff.

✅Requirements

• Must be currently based in Pakistan
• Fluency in the local language (spoken/written) and English is essential.
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or manpower services.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and cloud file-sharing.
• Access to local job seeker networks is a strong advantage.
